Мы перестали работать напрямую с почтамтом, поскольку это сильно затягивало передачу журналов на отправку, и чем дальше, тем это становилось неудобнее и дольше. Вместо этого для ускорения процесса мы с ноября заключили договор с курьером-посредником. Оборотной стороной данной меры является то, что раньше мы сами присваивали номера отправлениям, а теперь нам их сообщают только после фактической отправки через почту, и внесение номера отправления в историю заказов пока не поддается автоматизации. Просим проявить немного терпения на время переходного периода. Редакция прилагает все усилия для скорейшего решения вопросов доставки журналов.
